His drivers drove on Saturdays and the owner's wife was literally pulled up next to one of his 280 trucks at a stoplight. She heard the driver talking over the radio to another driver about the boss, using a few colorful terms. He called me up to see who was at that intersection at that time, so he could call him in on Monday & have a more direct talk... We had that info very handy for him.
